• I wanted pass on how impressed I have been with the level of service your team have provided for us since we started using you a few weeks ago, I put in an urgent job Birmingham>Motherwell late afternoon and it arrived at my client Friday evening.
  The gentleman I dealt with Friday (Jamie) was extremely pleasant, very calm and just got it sorted for me when I was under pressure, for that matter I have felt every time we have dealt with any of your team, that they genuinely wanted to help- it goes a long way.
  Its probably just business as usual for you but I think naturally we can be quick to comment when things go wrong, so its important to highlight when the customer service is this good.
